One of the first questions a travel agent is asked when helping plan a honeymoon is where are the best destinations? As we walk around the Oklahoma Bridal Show, we hear many couples asking our travel agents this exact question. Let's make it easier and share some of those destinations with you!

The top 5 destinations for honeymoons are:

1. St. Lucia: The Sandals resorts are always some of the top honeymoon spots, but their St. Lucia resort is by far the favorite.
2. Maldives: The Maldives are a favorite because of the beautiful water and number of resorts that offer the over water bungalows.
3. Maui: Hawaii is always one of the top honeymoon destinations throughout time, but the island of Maui has become a favorite spot over the past few years.
4. Santorini: If you are looking for culture, warm weather, and beaches, the Santorini area is a definite must. Santorini has become one of the favorite European honeymoon spots over the past few years.
5. Paris: Paris will always be on the list because it's a city known for romance. It also has a lot more cultural experiences than the tropical options above.
